Be Relaxed Essential Oil Blend, 10mL

This blend of essential oils promotes relaxation and calm.

 Ingredients: frankincense essential oil, geranium essential oil, lavender essential oil, mandarin orange essential oil, marjoram essential oil

Suggestions for use:

1. Dilute 8 drops of blend in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and use as a massage oil.
2. Add 8 drops of blend to 1 tablespoon of whole milk and add to bath.
3. Diffuse 3 to 4 drops in a diffuser.
4. Add 2 to 3 drops to your aromatherapy locket.

Cautions: Do not use when driving or when drowsiness could pose a hazard eg. operating machinery.
