Be Sleepy Essential Oil Blend, 10mL

This is a blend that synergistically promotes calm and sleep.

Ingredients: bergamot essential oil, roman chamomile essential oil, lavender essential oil, marjoram essential oil

Suggestions for use:

1. Dilute 6 drops of blend in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and use as a massage oil.
2. Add 6 drops of blend to 1 tablespoon of whole milk and add to bath.
3. Diffuse 3 to 4 drops in a diffuser at your bedside.
4. Place 3 to 4 drops in a dish on your night stand (keep out of reach of children and pets). 

Cautions: Do not use when driving or when drowsiness could pose a hazard e.g. operating machinery.
